Boecker® Lebanon is hiring a Human Resources Officer.
The Human Resources Officer performs HR duties related to Recruitment and Selection, HR Development, Compensation and Benefits, and Employee Relations in order to meet Boecker® business requirements by attracting, developing and retaining the right talent in the right place.
The HR Officer handles the HR department’s day-to-day activities and personnel affairs of the back office and field employees.
Candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or HR and have at least 3 years of relevant experience in the Lebanese market.
Proficiency in English and Arabic is a must.
